About Me
I am a hands-on data professional who has experience in providing data analysis and technical support in industries such as data center, software development, and dental insurance. I have extensive experience writing business requirements and data/report specifications, designing test cases, wrangling data, querying/analyzing/reporting OLTP & OLAP databases, and transforming various data formats such as CSV, JSON, and Excel. I also have the the fundamental data science knowledge in data science programming using Python, research design and application for data and analysis, statistics for data science, data engineering, and applied machine learning. I worked closely with both internal and external users and clients. The most important thing I’ve learned is that the quality of the user interaction with the products and services is the key factor of success.
I have been living in San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. San Francisco is a very beautiful city with the most comfortable weather. Because of this unique weather, the city is the perfect place to produce and enjoy its world-famous sourdough bread. I originally came from Hong Kong. Hong Kong is the Pearl of the Orient, an energetic city with tons of delicious eating and shopping opportunities 24/7.
My husband and I have two beautiful kids and they are the love of our lives. In my leisure, I enjoy reading, swimming, hiking, and traveling with my family.
